Yes, it's your bot. How the code is handed over is set out in the written specification we agree before starting.

Yes, that's what the hosting-only plans are for. The bot needs to be working and compatible. If it needs substantial setup, a one-time deployment fee of 25–60 € applies.

Pick an add-on at a fixed starting price, or ask for a quote. Changes outside a package are 25 €/hour or a fixed fee, agreed before work begins.

Mostly Python (aiogram) or TypeScript (grammY), with PostgreSQL and Redis, packaged in Docker. If you already have code in another stack, we'll work with it.

Yes. We can deploy it to your own server or cloud account instead. Setup and any ongoing support are quoted separately.

Payments are an add-on from 100 €, or part of a Custom build. Digital goods and services use Telegram Stars, in line with Telegram's rules. Physical goods and services can use Stripe or another provider. Provider fees are billed separately.

Every plan restarts it automatically. On Managed and Business hosting, monitoring also alerts us so we can step in. Support hours, response times and maintenance windows for your plan are set out in writing.

The setup fee is based on a written specification and agreed before work starts. Hosting is billed monthly. AI usage, paid APIs and payment-provider fees are billed separately.
